Applications may be filled out any Tuesday 10am-12:30pm or 5pm-6:30pm. You will need to bring social security cards (or a legal document listing the name and social security number) for yourself, your legal spouse, and any children under age 18 that live with you.

You will also need to bring a clean container for your food. For example a large laundry basket, a rolling cart, or a cardboard box. You will not be allowed to pick up food in garbage bags.

Although this program is income based you can have a job and still qualify for assistance. Please contact us at 770-537-0920 for income and other requirements regarding the application process.
