Applications for food assistance are taken on Tuesdays only 10am - 12:30pm and 5pm-6:30pm. You must be at least 18 years old to complete an application. You must bring the following items with you:

Your photo identification
Your social security/tax identification card (or know your number)

There will be a place on the application to list your family members and information concerning them. There will also be a place to list your monthly income and the source of that income. Please remember that we are an income based program.
