Apply for Assistance​

Food assistance is available each Tuesday.  An application is required before receiving assistance.  Applications are accepted on Tuesdays only 9:00am - 12:00pm OR 3:30pm - 5:00pm. In order to complete an application you must be at least 18 years old and bring the following items with you:

Your photo identification
$15 share contribution
