Apply for Assistance​

Food assistance is available each Tuesday.  An application is required before receiving assistance.  Applications can be submitted on Tuesdays only 9:15am-12:15pm and 4:00pm-5:15pm. In order to complete an application you must be at least 18 years old and bring the following items with you:

Your photo identification
Your social security/tax identification number 

$15 share contribution
